Where exactly is ParkgateFest?

ParkgateFest is situated off Boathouse Lane, in Parkgate, this is easily accessed from the A540. The site is on the land adjacent to the old Marsh Nurseries site, the postcode for Sat Nav is CH64 6RD

What are the opening times?

ParkgateFest is open from 12.00pm until – 9.30pm Sat (off site by 10pm) and 12.00pm until – 8pm Sunday (offsite by 9pm)

Can I bring food and drink?

No food or drink allowed is to be brought in with the exception of baby food or those with allergies/medical dietary requirements. No glass bottles allowed.

Is there parking?

Parking at ParkgateFest is free of charge. There are dedicated fields providing ample parking and disabled parking is also available. If disabled parking is required please present your blue badge at the entrance gate and a member of staff will direct you.

What's the nearest bus?

Visitors planning a journey to this year’s ParkgateFest by Bus can access timetable information using the following website . There is a regular bus service which operates from Neston town centre; the journey is approximately 5 minutes to ParkgateFest. Bus stops are located either side of the festival entrance outside The Boathouse Pub and also opposite Hamilton Close; both are approximately 400ft from the main entrance.

Can I bring my dog?

Visitors are welcome to bring their dogs to ParkgateFest as long as they are kept on a lead and remain under control. Owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please note dogs are strictly not permitted in the food market.

Is there disabled access?

To help visitors with mobility difficulties, plus accompanying friends and family, a dedicated parking area is located next to the site entrance. The festival has temporary paths throughout the site for access. It should be noted that some of the attractions and exhibitors will be located on grass; whilst the site is well drained, in adverse weather it may be more difficult to manoeuvre. We invite a carer to receive complimentary entry when accompanying a person with a disability to ParkgateFest. Electric is available on site if electric mobility scooters require charging; please ask a member of staff for assistance.

First aid

This is provided by the St. Johns Ambulance Service. The First aid post is situated by the main entrance.

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If due to circumstances beyond our control the event is either postponed or cancelled we will offer a refund on tickets purchased.
